Outline:
Globally, punishment for crimes should be based on the balance between the awareness possessed and the awareness lost"
For example, if you've killed a child in cold blood, you MUST be put to death; this is a severe violation of the form of the good and you've callously taken that childs' complete life awareness from him
If your 80 years old and you kill another 80 year old in the heat of the moment, this is nowhere near as bad of a crime because it wasn't premeditated on one side and not too much awareness was lost on the other
Punishment based on awareness that doesn't result in death should include forced difficult responsibility; ie, into the cutting edge of space exploration you go!
Crimes against birds and mammals should be considered as crimes based on awareness on both sides
We do have the right to take the lives of serial pedophiles and criminal sociopaths because of the way that they weaken us over all
Pedophilia is also a severe violation of the form of the good because of the awareness destroyed
If a man has embraced pedophilia, he has made the decision to be subhuman and must be put to death
I understand the impulse to not kill you think you have you don't have the right to kill a human and that's true you don't; but the fact is they themselves have made the dicision to be subhuman and have therefore forfeited their rights as humans
